Be brave, my Sweet

It hurts me to see you cry,

to see you struggle,

I wish I could guide you

and assure you

all will be fine,

I wish I could do

more

than I do now

to help you through the day to day,

the pressures,

the stresses,

But some roads you must journey down

yourself

to feel the bumps,

avoid potholes (as best you can),

duck under branches that reach out to simply through you off path.

I believe in you

with all my heart,

you’ll find your way,

you’ll learn which curves are safe to corner with two wheels

and you’ll learn which should be taken at slower speeds.

I believe in you

with all my heart,

always here to help navigate through the thick woods and driving rain

but you must learn to steer,

you must learn to accelerate

and brake when needed.

I believe in you

with

all

my

heart.

Be brave, my Sweet.

You got this.
